Terms & Conditions
1. Guests are advised to carefully see the fact-sheet before selecting a package. Once a package is selected, any change in the package is subject to management's discretion.
2. The double room can accommodate a maximum of three persons. In case of triple sharing, sofa-cum-bed is used as third bed.
3. Meals served at the resorts will be as per the resorts menu and timings of the meals shall be clearly displayed at the conspicuous places of the resorts.
4. The company however reserves the right to change the meal arrangement, if the circumstances make it necessary
5. If the guests misses or refrains from availing any meal arranged by the company due to his own reasons, there would be no refund.
6. When guest makes a request in writing at the time of booking for special meal/diet the company would make an efforts for the same, however the company shall not be held liable if the same is not provided.
7. Guests are required to pay extra costs for any special services that are not covered in the package price offered by Dalmia Resorts International Pvt .Ltd.
8. Guests need to pay the resort directly for utilizing all such amenities / services like usage of Mini bars, Telephones, Room Service and Laundry etc.
9. The guest needs to make request to the hotel directly for early check in / late check out . The same is at the discretion of the resort and is subject to room availability.
10. The guests need to pay for early check in/late check out @half day charge in case of upto four hours delay and full day charge in case of upto eight hours delay directly to the resort.
11. The company shall not be liable to any loss or damage to the persons and property of the guests arising out of force majeure, out of his own negligence or out of the negligence of any independent contractors and their employees.
12. In any case, no liability on the part of the Company arising in any way in respect of any hotel booking shall exceed the total amount paid for the package, and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.
13. The rates mentioned are valid only for the mentioned period. The rates are subject to change without any notice.
14. All the bookings are non-transferable without permission of the Hotel in case you change/cancel your travel plans due to any reason. Fresh booking will be done in case your family member/friends/colleagues wish to travel on that particular day/period.
15. There is a compulsory dinner supplement in all the available packages for Old Anchor Goa during Christmas / New Year period.
16. All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts at Delhi
 

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Dalmia Resorts Online Reservation Service does not charge any cancellation fee for rooms that have not been confirmed. However once your room has been confirmed, you are subject to the cancellation policies as explained below.
It must be clearly understood that any changes in policies will always take precedent over the policy stated here. We will of course inform you clearly and completely if this is the case with your booking.

Cancellation Charges :

Applicable on bookings for Old Anchor Goa, Temple Valley Tirupati & Highness Heights Mussoorie except all festive period bookings for Old Anchor Goa i.e. during 21st Dec to 5th Jan.





14 Days before requested arrival date - Full refund.
Between 14 days & 96 hrs before requested arrival date - 50% Refund
Between 96 hrs & 48 hrs before requested arrival date - 25% Refund
Between 48 hrs of check in - No Refund
In case of No show & Early Check out - No Refund

21 Days before requested arrival date - Full refund.
Between 21 days & 7 days before requested arrival date - 50% Refund
Between 7 days & 96 hrs before requested arrival date - 25% Refund
Between 96 hrs of check in - No Refund
In case of No show & Early Check out - No Refund

Administrative Charges : In case of full refund, administrative charges @ 3% of the total booking amount shall be deducted.

 

NOTE : You must pay very careful attention to any information we pass on to you about this matter if you think that these policies may apply to your booking.

 

Cancellation Procedure : Click on cancellation link & follow the procedure. Your cancellation request will be submitted after the completion of the process. The refund amount shall be calculated & informed to you as per the cancellation policy. Payments made by credit card will be reversed on the card. Payments made by all other forms will be refunded by cheque, issued within 7 working days of making the cancellation. The cheque will be mailed to you.
Our utmost concern is that you get maximum refund back. Failure to do so will result in you being subject to the conditions described above; so it is imperative that you let us know as early as possible.

  Extension of stay : Be sure to make your reservation for the full duration of your stay. If you do need to extend your booking, you may go to "modify" link on the website and check the availability with extended checkout date. In case there is availability of rooms your stay shall be extended once you complete the booking process.
 

Shortening of stay : Click on “modify” link on the website and follow the procedure. Your request will be submitted after the completion of the process. The refund amount shall be calculated & informed to you as per the cancellation policy. Payments made by credit card will be reversed on the card. Payments made by all other forms will be refunded by cheque, issued within 7 working days of making the cancellation. The cheque will be mailed to you.

No Show (Non-use of reservation) : In case you do not utilize your reservation and fail to contact us to cancel it in a stipulated time period as specified above, we would not be in a position to return you any amount pertaining to your booking. The reason for this is that the room in the resort is booked in your name, and we cannot let the room be occupied by anyone else. The room is held unoccupied, until they are notified otherwise. Thus, even if you do not show up at the resort, there shall not be any refunds.
