Becoming a registered member of dalmiaresorts.com is hassle-free and free of cost. To register, click on the Register link on the website. This link is available on home page of the website.

In case of bookings through us, we will need details about you. We take this information once and maintain in our database. This will help us serve you efficiently.

You can browse the entire site. We prompt you for a login or registration only at the time of bookings.

How do I make a reservation for someone else?

Simply register on dalmiaresorts.com; your profile information (e.g. name, address, phone number, etc.) will be stored in our database. You can login through your user id and password and simply make reservation for someone else.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

To receive your password, go to forgot password section on the homepage and enter your userid/email address, and click go. We will then e-mail the password, which is associated with that e-mail address.

How do I edit my account information or change my password?

You can edit your account information by logging in using your email id as your user id and your password. After logging in, click on Edit Profile or Change Password.

Can I change my Username?

Each username is a unique identity and cannot be changed. For a new username, you will need to register on the website as a new member.

How can I pay for my bookings?

For online bookings, we accept Visa / Visa Electron / Mastercard / Mastro credit & debit cards. For offline bookings, you can make payments using cheque / Demad Draft favouring "Dalmia Resorts International Pvt. Ltd." or cash deposits at any of our offices / units.

Is my credit card information secure?

All payments that happen on Dalmia Resorts site are secure. We do not capture any credit or debit card details on our site. The client for all online payments is taken to the principal payment gateway site for completion of the transaction. The credit card or debit card information is not stored in any retrieval system or storage system of Dalmia Resorts International Pvt. Ltd.

How do I check pricing, availability and details of holiday packages?

To check the pricing of holiday packages that can be reserved online, simply browse the online booking section as per your requirement-selecting resort, dates, No. of rooms and pax details and click on check availability. The information displayed will confirm your input data as well as the availability along with names of the packages and the pricing. To view the details of the packages, you will have to click on “view details”. You can proceed further by selecting any of packages displayed on screen and clicking on next button.

Will the price of my holiday package change after I've booked it?

No, it will not change unless there are any changes in taxes.

How can I find out more details about the resort?

Specific resort information such as property address and phone number, facilities, photos, location, accommodation, dining and other details are available. Please click on “Our Resorts” on the navigation bar of any webpage of dalmiaresorts.com.

How do I book a holiday package?

To book the holiday package simply browse the online booking section and select the desired package. You can proceed further and submit your contact details. Further more you will be directed to the payment gateway and once the payment is made, we shall confirm the services.

What documents do I have to present to the hotel on check-in?

You need to carry a printout or physical copy of the Reservation voucher sent to you along with proof of your identity. The voucher is a record of your booking and specifies the details of your reservation.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

You will get the reservation status online before you book. After the payment is processed, reservation voucher will be generated in a new window and the same can be printed for reference. Further a confirmation mail will also be sent on your e-mail id. This e-mail will include your reservation details. For bookings initiated and/or booked over the phone, our executives will process all your travel details. You will receive a confirmation over email as soon as your payment has been processed.

I have made a booking but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?

The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is typing your email address incorrectly. Therefore, please double check your email address before finalizing your reservation. Also we have noticed that in some cases our confirmation email may end up in your spam folder. If you do not receive an email after you have made a booking, please send an email with your booking number and details to check-in@dalmiaresorts.com

Why does my itinerary say that the rooms are available, whereas when I go to reserve them it says none are available?

Dalmiaresorts.com is a real-time reservation database, availability can change between the time a query is created and the room is reserved or purchased.

How many rooms can I book in one reservation?

A maximum of 5 rooms (if available) can be booked in any one reservation.

What age is considered a Child?

Ages of accompanying children must be between 6-12 years. Below 6 years shall be treated as infants.

How do I make a booking for group travel?

All group booking requests can be mailed to us at admin@dalmiaresorts.com. Alternatively you can call us on any of the helpdesk numbers provided on the website.

What are the terms and conditions that will apply to all bookings?

All transactions undertaken on www.dalmiaresorts.com and over the phone with our executives are subject to our terms and conditions. Please review these carefully prior to making bookings.

What are the check-in and check-out times of any of the three resorts?

The check-in and check-out times differ. You will find them in “view details” section of the package selected for booking. It is also available on "packages" section of all the three resorts. If you are going to arrive late or very early, we advise you to let us know in advance using the "arrival" field in the reservation form (if possible), or inform the resort directly using the contact details you will find in your confirmation email.

How can I request an early check-in or late check-out time?

We advise you to furnish the details in "arrival", "departure" details of the reservation form. Alternatively you can contact the resort.

Changes / Cancellations / Refund

Can I change my hotel booking?

Yes, you can increase or decrease the no. of PAX in your booking and at the same time extend your stay. However certain charges may apply based on the cancellation policy.

Can I cancel a part of the group that is traveling with me?

Yes you can cancel a part of your booking; however cancellation charges as applicable shall apply.

Can I modify the Check-in & Check-out date in my booking?

Yes you can only extend the Check-out date subject to availability of rooms. Note: For any other changes in Check-in / Check-out dates, the booking needs to be cancelled & cancellation charges as applicablle shall apply.

If I cancel my hotel reservation, is there a cancellation fee?

The standard cancellation Policy shall be applicable.

If I cancel a booking, how does Dalmia Resorts refund me?

Payments made by credit card will be reversed on the card. Payments made by all other forms will be refunded by cheque, issued within 7 working days of making the cancellation. The cheque will be mailed to you. Any applicable cancellation charges shall be applied prior to making refunds.

How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?

After you have cancelled your reservation you will receive an email confirming your cancellation. If you do not receive the cancellation email, please send an email with the details of your reservation to check-in@dalmiaresorts.com.

Grievances / Complaints

What should I do if I have any grievance regarding the services?

If you have any grievance in respect of services provided by any of the independent contractor, the complaint must be notified to the company within 7 days of availing the service. The company shall take all reasonable steps to redress the genuine grievance of the customer. All complaints should be addressed to the CEO at admin@dalmiaresorts.com.
